Industrial CAD

Our highly experienced CAD designers utilize engineering oriented 3D Modelling software to create our customer’s new product designs. This allows us to create easily modifiable, functional product designs, ready for prototyping and manufacturing.

New product Design is planned and turn into CAD Drawings and 3D Product Design for better design communication. We transform the rough sketches into manufacturing-ready drawings, and conceptual ideas of engineering assemblies and parts into fine product design and drafting. Industrial designers are responsible for creating the overall aesthetics and feeling of the product.

Engineering Drawings:

An engineering drawing is a technical drawing that is represents information about a physical object. Engineering drawing is used to specify the geometry necessary for the construction of a component and is called a detail drawing. The drawings of components are linked together by a master drawing or assembly drawing which gives the drawing numbers of the subsequent detailed of components, quantities required, construction materials, etc... Which Help us to develop any product from scratch. The process of Making engineering drawings is called as technical drawing or drafting.

2D to 3D Conversion:

2D to 3D conversion is the process of transforming 2D ("flat") drawing to 3D model. 2D drawing represents sketch on paper. Which gives a dimensional drawings with different different view angle, how product or model look like. From this 2D data we will convert into 3D model using CAD software. The process of making 3D model from 2D data is called 3D Modeling.

Product Development:

The product development process consists of several activities like Generate solution of problem, making proof of concept, sketching on paper for conceptual product ideation, Make Prototype, Mockup model, Batch Production, Design for manufacturing, Mass Production.

Design For Manufacturing:

Design for manufacturability (DFM) is the general engineering practice of designing products in such a way that they are easy to manufacture. The concept exists in almost all engineering disciplines, but the implementation differs widely depending on the manufacturing technology. DFM is useful for reduce product cost and material cost by simplifying, optimizing, and refining the product design. DFM needs to be done in early stage of design process, Well before tooling has begun.
